We are a small Bed & Breakfast and as such do not offer a 24 hour reception service. That being said, we live on-site and are generally available to help serve you.

Guests are kindly asked to inform us about their estimated arrival time so we can accommodate their needs. We know and understand that the Deer Lake Regional Airport typically has late and early arrival flights and departures.

Check-in: Starts at 3 pm (for late check-ins, please inform us in advance)

Check-out: 10:30 am

We have animals on this property, this includes a chocolate Labrador Retriever and various farm animals. That being said, please understand that we do love animals but unfortunately we can’t accommodate pets.

 

Parking is available for only one vehicle.

Unfortunately we do not have any wheel-chair accessible rooms at this time.

​

Though we do welcome group bookings, please note that our property is not suitable for noisy parties. Although we live in a cozy community, we still have neighbours and ask that guests be respectful.

All indoor spaces including bedrooms and common areas are strictly no smoking. Smoking is allowed outside, using the ash-trays provided.
